Every session is time set aside just for you, so your date is held once the package amount has been transferred to the official Katie Look account and the receipt has been sent on WhatsApp. Unconfirmed slots are released so someone else can take them, and transferred amounts aren't refundable — but your session can always be rescheduled once with at least 48 hours' notice.
